1. Take I-40 exit #280 (Baxter Gainesboro).

2. Take Hwy 56 north approximately 11 miles to Gainesboro. 

3. Hwy 56 will turn left, do not turn, road name changes to State Highway 53 North.

4. Approximately 21 miles to Celina, Turn left on State Highway 52 West (Rite Aid Pharmacy).

5. Go approximately ½ mile to the 4-way stop.  Our office is directly in front of you.

1. Exit #53  (Cave City, KY).

2. Turn left onto KY Hwy. 90 to Glasgow, KY approx 14 miles.

3. Follow Hwy 90 thru Glasgow to Hwy 163.

4. Turn right on Hwy 163 into Tompkinsville, KY.

5. In Tompkinsville turn left @ 1st light, still 163.

6. Cross into TN and road will intersect with State Hwy 52.

7. Follow State Hwy 52 East into Celina.

8. Cross the Cumberland River, straight thru 4 way stop, we’re on your left.

1. From Hwy 111 in Livingston, take State Hwy 52-West to Celina.

2. Into Celina, turn left at Rite Aid Pharmacy (still 52W).

3. Go approximately ½ mile to the 4-way stop.  Our office is directly in front of you.
